Abstract

The rapid paces of technological innovations all over the world have led to many new developments in the Saudi Arabia's higher education system. The kingdom's government has in the past few years given much consideration to the introduction and incorporation of ICT technologies in its current traditional education system in order to cater for the increased demands posed by its large student population through e-learning. In this paper we will discuss the both of benefits and barriers of applying E-learning in higher education in Saudi Arabia.
