Myiasis is a rare pathology involving body cavities in human beings. It is characterized by larval infestation of body tissues of live individuals. Human myiasisis is worldwide, but more in under developed countries and with low socio economic status, poor hygienic maintenance, and chronic infections such as leprosy. Conventional treatment of Myiasis is the mechanical removal of the larvae, one by one which may be painful. Here we report a case of oro-nasal myiasis in leprosy at Sri Sai College of dental surgery. Diagnosis was based on clinical observation. Predisposing factors include malnutrition, senility, low socioeconomic group, and leprosy.
