Abstract|ملخص البحث

An implementation of TLBO (Teaching-learningbased optimization algorithm) for Learning management systems (LMS), is presented. An assessment of student learning outcomes provides teachers with students learning strengths and weaknesses. The outcomes provide information on learning levels that students need to attain to achieve targeted educational objectives. In the TLBO, the instructor/ tutor is the best teacher for students/learners. Teaching ability of the teacher finalizes the learning outcomes of the students. . Tutors can collect and analyze data about students using LMS and try to improve the design and delivery of instruction to make it more meaningful. In this paper, we investigate the outcomes of LMS learning system usage by the students studying in arts and Science College. This paper explored students taking online tests and grade performance were the important focus of the study. With the advancement of technology, online learning is evolving rapidly as an alternative mode of delivering blackboard teaching and learning as more higher education institutions are offering online education. The data analysis shows that LMS learning assists students in learning and improves students’ academic performance.
