Abstract|ملخص البحث

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a business process that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage the business and automate many back-office functions related to technology, services, and human resources. Data warehouse online analytical processing techniques provided decision makers a set of useful tools to analyze the report and graphically represent data of the ERP. It provides an overview of the emerging field machine learning and clarifying how data mining and knowledge discovery in databases are related to each other. This paper provides a comparison of benefits obtained by applying OLAP or data mining techniques and the effect of integrating both approaches in ERP.
